    • Non-returnable items: software, memory cards, batteries, and clearance/final-sale items.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  3. Refunds

    • Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

    • A replacement or refund will be arranged at no extra cost.

  5. Exchanges

    • Direct exchanges are not offered. Please return the item and place a new order.
